Founder & President

Create, communicate, and implement MADEA's vision, mission, and overall direction. Lead, guide, direct, and evaluate the work of other executives.

Research and Development

Research and develop curriculums, presentations, etc. Also, oversee the training and certification of staff.

Staff

Participate in the President's leadership team and recruit other directors and auxiliary members.

Marketing

Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for products, and customer needs. Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans.

Corporate Affairs

Communicate within and outside of the organization, working closely with public affairs and government relations.

Treasurer

Forecast MADEA's cash flow position relating borrowing needs, and available funds for investment, maintain bank relations and maintain credit rating.

Secretary

Inform members of meetings and other important dates, take minutes at meetings, update membership rolls, and store pertinent information.
